Organizations and financial institutions often receive Return to Sender (RTS) mail but lack insight into whether the addressee is deceased. Our Deceased Finder Service helps close that gap by identifying records that should be marked as deceased — helping you avoid escheatment risk and improve compliance.
📋 How It Works:
- Prepare a CSV file of your RTS records. Your file should include at least:
- First Name
- Last Name
- State
- Address (optional but recommended)
- Send an email to:

- Analyze the records using verified obituary and death record sources.
- Flag any matches we find.
- Return a results file to your inbox (Excel format). An empty file indicates that no death records were found.
